Getting to Walla Walla

Walla Walla is situated in Southeastern Washington, and is a four hour drive from Portland and Seattle.

Regional Airports

There are two regional airports serving the valley: one is located 5 minutes from downtown Walla Walla, the other is a 45-minute drive away. Please see additional details below for both locations, as well as information pertaining to ground transportation.

Walla Walla Regional Airport (ALW) is centrally located, just five minutes from downtown

Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) is a 48-minute drive to the west of the Walla Walla valley

Lodging - The Marcus Whitman Hotel

The Marcus Whitman Hotel is Eastern Washington’s premier luxury hotel, blending rich history, exemplary service, and contemporary comfort.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at a rate of $179.00 for the night of Sunday 4/6 and $159.00 for the night of Monday 4/7 (plus a $25.00 hotel amenity fee per night). Special rates to attendees have also been extended to LADO members for Saturday 4/5 ($309.00), and Tuesday 4/8 ($159.00), if needed.

Lodging - The Courtyard Marriott Walla Walla

The Courtyard by Marriott is located just off historic Main Street in Walla Walla, within walking distance to multiple winery tasting rooms and restaurants.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at a rate of $135.00 for the nights of Sunday 4/6, Monday 4/7, and Tuesday 4/8 (no special rate available for the evening of Saturday 4/5).

Ground Transportation
